INGREDIENTS

HOW TO PREPARE

• 1 cup of milk • 100 grams raisin/kishmish • 10 grams dried dates (Chuaara) • 15 grams pistachio/pista • 10 grams almond/badam • 1 tablespoon desi ghee or clarified butter • 1 bowl of Vermicelli

01. Add 1 tablespoon of ghee. Put the dry fruits and roast them in a pan. 02. Roast 1 bowl of vermicelli in the same pan until it becomes golden brown. 03. Add 1 cup of milk in a pan. Wait until it gets thick, then add all the roasted fruits and vermicelli. 04. Add sugar according to your taste. 05. Let it cook for 5 minutes on a very low flame. 06. Garnish with some leftover roasted fruits. Serve.
