Homemade Rosewater Lemonade

Place sugar in a large heatproof jug. Add boiling water . Stir until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until cold. Stir in lemon juice and rosewater . Add 5 to 6 cups cold water (adjusting the amount to your taste). Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until cold.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups caster sugar 2 cups boiling water 2 cups lemon juice, strained 3 tsp rosewater essence Fresh mint leaves, to serve Ice cubes, to serve

Add mint leaves and ice cubes to lemonade. Serve.
