“We are a one-stop shop,” he states. “We have full teams—including architecture, design, and build—so we make the build process streamlined and simple for our clients.” But it’s not just convenience that attracts high-profile clients. It’s the honesty, efficiency, and affordability MacMaster brings to the table. “I was talking to a client yesterday, and he had another builder tell him it was going to be double or triple what we could build the house for—just because it was ‘custom.’ A lot of these builders don’t concern themselves with budget or saving clients money, because it’s not really their problem. But all of my customers benefit from the efficiency model we’ve developed over the years.”

A Reputation Built on Trust and Transparency

Despite the company’s success, Theory Homes has never relied on traditional marketing. Its growth has been fueled entirely by referrals and word-of-mouth—something MacMaster attributes to his approach to business. “Our reputation is our number one priority,” he says firmly. “We take care of our clients. We follow up. If there are any issues with a home, we immediately take care of them. And we’re easy to get a hold of.”
