In an industry plagued by unreliable contractors and poor communication, MacMaster has built a company that prioritizes responsiveness and accountability. “It’s mind-blowing that in this day and age, with everybody having a cell phone in their hand, people still don’t pick it up to respond to clients,” he says. “We are very easy to deal with because we are a smaller firm.
