RIDGEWATER, NJ — JLL recently com- pleted a new transac- tion for American Real Es- tate Partners with Allstate Insurance Co. at CenterPointe I, 1130 Rte. 22 East in Bridge- water. The property and casu- alty insurer leased the entire 63,000 s/f office building, located within CenterPointe at Bridgewater’s four-building, 331,846 s/f, class A office park. American Real Estate Part- ners was represented by Su- san Mason , executive vice president; Robert Ryan , senior vice president; and John Buckley , senior vice president, all with JLL, who worked closely with Michael Gribbon , principal and man- aging executive director, with American Real Estate Part- ners.
