Where’s My Reply? for tax agents 13 October 2017
Did you know, as an agent you can find out when to expect a reply from HMRC to a query or request by using the online service, Where's My Reply? for tax agents.
You can use this service to check how long it will take HMRC to:
register you as an agent to use HMRC Online Services process an application for authority to act on behalf of a client amend your agent details

Agent update 62 20 October 2017
Did you know from 13 January 2018 HMRC will no longer accept payments made from personal credit cards?
HMRC has published the latest Agent Update which details guidance, developments and changes to legislation relating to UK tax.
Tax agents and advisers can find news about HMRC’s online services in Agent Update 62 which includes information on:
the introduction of Simple Assessment paying HMRC through personal credit cards the new support service for mid-sized businesses the latest Business Tax Account updates the upcoming Fulfilment House Due Diligence Scheme
