The Employment Rights (Increase of Limits) Order 2018 21 February 2018

This Order increases from 6 April 2018, the limits applying to certain awards of employment tribunals, and other amounts payable under employment legislation, such as redundancy payments and unfair dismissal awards.

The Employment Rights (Increase of Limits) Order 2018 has been laid before Parliament and subject to approval will come into force on 6 April 2018.

Geographical extent – This Order applies to Great Britain; England, Wales and Scotland.
