Scholastic R.E.A.L. A mentoring program with a REAL impact
When it comes to reading engagement , we often focus on classrooms and families. But our communities have so much untapped potential. Scholastic R.E.A.L. is a “shared reading,” literacy-based mentoring program that has everything you need to recruit reading mentors from your community and equip them with books and materials to support academic success, inspire a love of reading, and expand home libraries.
Anyone can be a mentor!
Recruit community members ⊲ Civic organizations ⊲ Corporate engagement ⊲ Sports teams ⊲ Firefighters ⊲ Police officers ⊲ Business owners ⊲ High school students
