On the heels of the firm’s five year anniversary, Dal Lago Law is expanding in order to meet its higher demand and better service clients in Fort Myers, Sarasota and Tampa. Although the office will be helmed by Mike Dal Lago for the time-being, his goal is to expand the team with additional attorneys in the new office. Donovan has served the Appellate Practice Section in numerous capacities, serving as Chair-Elect this past year, Vice Chair/Treasurer (2018-19), Executive Council member (2014-present), Chair of the CLE Committee (2016-2018), and Co-Chair of the Telephonic CLE Committee (2014- 2016). Mr. Donovan is one of only two attorneys in Collier, Lee, and Charlotte County to have the honor of being Board Certified in Appellate Practice by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization. His practice focuses exclusively on appellate and original-jurisdiction proceedings in both state and federal court. With over 15 years of appellate experience, Mr. Donovan has handled over 200 different appellate matters involving a broad range of legal areas, including commercial, real estate,
including alimony, annulment, enforcement, jurisdictional issues, modification, parental responsibility, paternity, and timesharing to name a few. She often handles high-net- worth divorces involving equitable distribution of closely- held companies and other intricate, complex matters.
