different, I ask you all to be flexible as we transition or alternate between zoom and in person meetings. Among the first events hosted by the Trust and Estates Section this season will be a zoom presentation by Alfred J. 2020-2021 is going to be an interesting year for the CCBA and the Family Law Section, with more than half of 2020 already being “cancelled” due to COVID, how different will practicing be once it’s all over? I am happy to help the Section this year deal with practicing in the time of COVID and the longer ranging impacts it will have on family practice. This year I want to bring to

Seeing as how our in-person events remain up in the air, it stands to reason that we do not have event photos to share as we typically do. In this issue, you’ll see some of

As section chair, my goal is to bring a variety of engaging, informative, and practical speakers from our local and regional communities to enhance and strengthen our individual practices. Although this season may look a bit
