WCRE completed the 19,672 s/f investment sale of 805 Cooper Rd. in Voorhees, a fully leased medical property occupied by Virtua and Quest Diagnostics, as well as the sale of an 8,000 s/f healthcare property at 303 South Kings Highway in Cherry Hill to a nationally recognized healthcare organization. Healthcare and senior care users also contributed to
leasing activity. GALENUS - CARE leased 18,022 s/f at 350 Fellowship Rd. in Mount Laurel, bringing the building to full occupancy, while En - noble Care leased 14,876 s/f at One Executive Dr. in Marlton. WCRE’s activity extended into Philadelphia, where our Philly team represented Athe - na Global Advisors in securing a 20,618 s/f, full-floor lease at 3 Logan Square. The 11-year commitment doubled the com - pany’s previous office footprint and followed an extensive search for a location that could support its continued growth.
Rounding out the transac - tions was the sale of 2100 Oak Ave. in Northfield, a 16,947 s/f former school situated on 5.34 acres. Archway Programs ac - quired the property to support the nonprofit organization’s continued delivery of educa - tional, behavioral health and community-based services. “These transactions demon - strate that activity in our re - gion isn’t confined to one prop - erty type or one type of client,” said Jason Wolf , managing principal of WCRE. “We’re see - ing organizations make strate - gic long-term decisions around

Among the largest trans - actions was the investment sale of 8000 Sagemore Dr. in Marlton, a 50,400 s/f multi- tenanted class A office build - ing. In Moorestown, WCRE completed the 36,232 s/f sale of 302 Harper Dr., while an 18,000 s/f newly constructed industrial property at 1249 Glen Ave. was acquired by an Legacy procures Linden, NJ industrial property LINDEN, NJ — Legacy Real Estate Developers , in partnership with Commerce Park Investors and Saddle - back Real Estate Develop- ers , has acquired 801 East Edgar Rd. in Linden. The acquisition was completed as an all-cash transaction. The Linden acquisition is the third property closed by Legacy Real Estate Devel - opers in a 24-hour period, highlighting the firm’s ability to execute multiple strategic acquisitions simultaneously.
