To Hope for Children Research Foundation Frassetto, Oates named exec. board co-chairmen
RAMSEY, NJ — Newly appointed executive board of advisors co-chairmen Bart Oates and Salvatore Fras- setto will help expand Hope for Children Research Foundation’s mission of bringing hope and healing to children. Oates, a former Super Bowl champion, attorney, and re - spected philanthropist, along - side Frassetto, Chairman of Saddleback Real Estate De- velopers , and philanthropist will play active leadership roles in helping the organization expand awareness, strengthen fundraising initiatives, and support families navigating difficult medical journeys. Founded more than 40 years ago with a focus on advancing children’s neurological and cancer research, the founda - tion has evolved into a broader support system for families, providing support, advocacy, awareness, and resources to children and parents facing overwhelming circumstances. Helping guide that mission are Michelle Oates , president of the Board of Trustees, and Meg Minassian, executive director and Trustee, who oversee the organization’s programs, outreach efforts, and continued growth. Harris’ 20+ years of design experience includes highly specialized expertise in build - ing envelopes and historic restoration. Known for his technical precision, he expert - ly navigates some of DIG’s most-complex public- and private-sector projects, in - cluding several Carnegie-era libraries across Philadelphia and New Jersey. His deep technical knowledge ensures multi-layered structural and historic restoration require - ments – from code review, materials search and design detailing to scheduling and construction administration – are seamlessly integrat - ed, managed and monitored across every phase.
Rounding out DIG’s “Class of 2026” Associates is Jones, whose 9-year tenure at the firm features a highly spe - cialized focus on community- centered healthcare, edu - cation and transformative reuse. An emerging leader in evidence-based design (EDAC) principles, she has expertly spearheaded a decade-long relationship and nine FQHC assignments for New York City’s Urban Health Plan. Uti - lizing BIM workflows and an MBA in strategy, Jones seam - lessly guides multidisciplinary teams through clinical plan - ning, feasibility and construc - tion administration, while actively championing industry equity through involvement in AIA Central NJ and the ACE Mentor Program. As one of the region’s larg - est majority African Ameri - can-owned architecture and design practices, DIG has spent the last 20 years dem - onstrating diversity as a pow - erful design advantage.
