HEALTH & LEISURE

HAND & FOOT MASSAGE Reflexology is a technique of massage used on the hands and feet. Our body is interconnected and as such, has reflexes on both the hands and feet. Bring 2 bed size pillows and a bath towel. WEAVING FOR ADULTS This program provides instruction for the Beginner and the Advanced Begin- ner adults. Students will be assisted in setting the loom. After completing basic projects students will be able to develop individual projects under the guidance of Nancy Frantz, instructor. MAH JONGG, ANYONE? “Four-Crak…Red…Six-Dot…Take… Mah Jongg!” These are some of the terms you will hear as you learn the fascinating tile game called Mah Jongg. Learn the official rules of the American version of Mah Jongg. Topics covered include tile names and terminology, determining a hand, set up and play of the game and winning strategies. Continuous attendance is highly encouraged as each lesson builds on the previous lesson. All materials provided.

THE HEALING TOUCH OF MASSAGE

SHOULDER, HEAD & FACE MASSAGE Tired after a hectic day? Learn how to de-stress and unwind by giving yourself a shoulder, head and face massage. A face massage is thought to relieve muscle tension and improve blood and lymph circulation. This massage technique is done with a partner. Bring a towel, washcloth, and 2 pillows per person.

Through lecture, demonstration, and partner practice, this class introduces the basic concepts of touch therapy for rejuvenating the body. Techniques for a 5-20 minute will be learned in a chair, stool or wheel chair. No oil used, and participants are fully clothed. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
