RUBY MOLLY HOTEL, DUBLIN PROJECT PROFILE

EUROFLUID ENERGY SOLUTIONS HAS DELIVERED ENERGY-EFFICIENT SOLUTIONS INCLUDING A GAS-FIRED HOT WATER HEATER, WATER BOOSTER SETS, STORAGE TANKS, FILTERS AND DEAERATORS… High-demand energy solutions

A leading provider of high-performance heating, hot water and cooling solutions for Ireland’s building services sector since 1990, Eurofluid combines decades of practical industry experience with a forward-thinking engineering approach. Operating across industrial, commercial, residential and specialist sectors, the company places collaboration at the heart of every project, and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest performance standards. “There is nothing more satisfying than witnessing a project evolve from design concept to completion.”

Dublin-based Eurofluid has provided a package of energy solutions ideal for high-demand hotel applications from its market-leading product range. Pacetti Energy storage tanks are used to harvest green energy from the modular heat pump system, alongside Flamco pressurisation and expansion systems and Vira magnetic dirt filters and deaerators. The Eurofluid-Eco Heating Systems (NL) CB HW range of high-output, fast recovery gas-fired hot water heaters uses superior condensing technology offering extreme low NOx emissions <24 mg/ kWh. This range also qualifies for the maximum two BREEAM credits. Hot water is generated directly from the wall-hung water heater with stainless steel heat exchanger and transferred to a matching stainless steel buffer tank,

delivering a continuous supply to the hotel. Eurofluid-Ebara Water Booster Sets were selected as a high-quality solution using stainless steel components and featuring next-generation E-SPD drives offering Modbus compatibility. Each set is factory tested prior to despatch and fully WRAS- and KIWA-approved. Stephen Costelloe, Director, says, “There is nothing more satisfying than witnessing a project evolve from design concept to completion. The key elements are understanding the client’s requirements, selection of the most suitable equipment and delivering a fully-commissioned system in which expert installation and a proactive maintenance programme guarantee optimal performance and longevity.”
