A complete range of MEV and MVHR ventilation units, air ducts and accessories is now supplied by Heat Merchants, with its Technical Design team on hand to help customers calculate and specify ventilation units and ductwork. Heat Merchants’ bespoke designs for installers and contractors comply with building regulations and ensure optimum performance, comfort and efficiency. Industry-leading technology combines mechanical ventilation with air distribution units from two of Europe’s top suppliers to the industry. DUCO mechanical extract ventilation and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery units provide optimum air quality, using smart demand control to only ventilate when and where needed, ensuring high-energy efficiency. The units have quiet fans and sound-absorbing sleeves for the quietest operation. Automatic calibration reduces set-up time for installers. The DucoBox Reno unit is ideally suitable for renovation or
replacement and easy to install in small spaces with minimal disruption. The HeatPex air distribution duct system has OneClick technology and flexible corrugated pipes for quick and easy installation without tools. The modular design and compact size make it easy to customise to any building. The HeatPex system has ATC1 classification, providing the highest air tightness available. Optimal air flow and double-wall pipes help to reduce any noise generated by the flow of air. The system has smooth inner surfaces and is treated with Ultra-Fresh® antimicrobial products to make the air ducts resistant to microbes (99% reduction).
