WITH A €200 REFERRAL FEE IN PLACE FOR PLUMBERS AND CLAIMS SETTLED IN RECORD TIME, PROPERTY CLAIMS LOSS ASSESSORS’ TEAM OF QUALIFIED SURVEYORS DELIVERS A PREMIUM SERVICE… A preferred partner for plumbers

Investment in its team, management system and referral fee for plumbers is paying off for Property Claims Loss Assessors (PCLA) Ltd in 2026. The Dublin-based business has recently boosted its team to 10 including seven qualified surveyors and three office staff, while a new customer relationship management (CRM) system has enhanced efficiency and transparency for clients. A trusted partner for plumbers and their clients, PCLA assesses damage within 48 hours, or 24 hours for emergency callouts, with plumbers pocketing €200 per referral leading to a successful claim. One plumber earned €2,200 in January alone for leads sent through to PCLA. PCLA partners Peter Mulvaney and Dean McLoughlin are both

qualified building surveyors who have worked in loss assessment since leaving college and collectively offer more than 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. “Plumbers can rely on us to get good service and exceptional outcomes for their clients,” says Peter. “PCLA’s qualified assessors are looking after our clients’ backs, rather than the interests of insurance companies. “Our state-of-the-art, in-house CRM system engages with clients from start to finish so they always know what stage their claim is at. This means our referral partners can recommend our services with the comfort of knowing their clients are in good hands.” One recent example is a domestic property in Wicklow, which PCLA

was called in to assess after flooding from Storm Chandra in January. The homeowner had been offered €3,800 by their insurer but, after PCLA conducted a thorough assessment with moisture tests across all rooms in the property, the claim was ultimately settled with a substantial uplift to €42,000. PCLA’s client base spans much of the Republic of Ireland, including the west coast from Donegal to Cork, the Midlands and the east coast including Dublin and Wexford. Plumbers across the country responding to emergency callouts can top up their income with the referral fee, which is paid upfront after PCLA confirms a policy and valid claim is in place. “Once we have signed up the client, our office will send €200 directly
