As the leasing representa- tive for Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, Leor Hemo , president and chief executive of Vantage Commercial, worked closely with Michael Shaw , their COO, to secure a long- term lease of a +/- 20,400 s/f store that will accommodate Goodwill’s rapid expansion and growth in the region. The new store, located within the Ham- ilton Plaza shopping center on NJ Hwy Rte. 33 in Hamilton Twp., joins a diverse roster of co-tenants including Shop- rite, Petco, Dollar Tree, Texas Roadhouse, T-Mobile and other national retailers. Hemo worked closely with Sidney Singer and Ed Vasconcellos III of Levin Management Corporation (LMC) , Hamilton Plaza’s leas- ing and managing agent, to se- cure the lease. Goodwill’s high volume of sales coupled with a growing demand for stores in higher demographic regions, necessitated the need for this location.
