Longwood Reimagined A New Garden Experience CIRC was pleased to welcome back over 110 members and guests on September 14th for the first in-person Membership Meeting since March 13, 2020, immediatly before the pandemic began shutting everything down. Marnie Conley, Chief Marketing and Development Officer for Long- wood Gardens, and Tony Ingram, Sr. Project Man- ager for Bancroft Construction, spoke about the $250 million construction project, what it means for business and tourism in the region, and what effect the pandemic has had on the project. For more than 115 years, Longwood Gardens has harmoniously blended art and science to create a horticulture experience of unparalleled splendor. With the realization of Longwood Reimagined: A New Garden Experience—the sweeping reimagination of 17 acres of the Conservatory and grounds will open in fall 2024.
