Describe the layout of the GWO participant assessment form and how it will be used
Ask for participants ’ thoughts on the assessment procedure presented

Engage themselves in discussions on the assessment procedure
MOTIVATION

The participants show interest and willingness to engage in the learning activities during the training (Ability, basic level)
The instructor shall:
Explain and lead a discussion on :
a) The importance of personal involvement in the course
b) The definition of and the need for Slinger Signaller techniques when working in an offshore wind work environment
The participants shall:
Engage themselves in discussions and share experiences on Slinger Signaller techniques when working in an offshore wind work environment
ELEMENT 1.7 - HUMAN FACTOR
The aim of the element is to initiate the participant’s focus on how human performance and taking responsibility influences a safe work environment, and to prepare for the continued focus on human factors during practical training and exercises.
