New Human Factor section added
Element 1.1- WINDA registration – WINDA registration is done in the reception upon arrival. The Instructor should in class just have the participant confirm that this has taken place. Element 1.2-Introduction – Added: Ask for participants ’ expectations of the training and their learning or development Element 1.7 Human factor – new element: The aim of the element is to initiate the participants ’ focus on Human Factors’ influence on a safe work environment and to prepare for the continued focus during the practical training and exercises. Element 1.8. PPE – Added: WAH gear is not a part of SLS syllabus, but may be presented, as WAH ability may be applied in the real work situation
