NO SUCCESS COMES FROM A COMFORT ZONE
Quando o INUKA Business foi lançado em 2018, eu já tinha feito outros negócios, mas nenhum envolvia crescimento pessoal ou estilo de vida. Aprendi com a INUKA que uma mulher de negócios não é apenas alguém que vende produtos. Também precisamos crescer como pessoas para capacitar os outros. Onde encontro a minha motivação? A minha motivação vem dos meus sonhos e do imenso desejo de deixar o meu marido orgulhoso do apoio incansável que dele rece- bi. Muitas pessoas podem pensar que não é motivo suficiente. Mas acredito que a minha determinação pode mover montanhas. Tu transformas-te quando estás determinado a realizar algo. Nenhum sucesso vem da zona de conforto. Isto significa que a determinação deve sempre andar de mãos dadas com a ação e a disciplina. Crie objetivos para si — objetivos que sejam reais e fáceis de alcançar. Dê passos diários para atingir os seus objetivos. Os vídeos motivacionais serão inúteis se a mesma decisão ou deter- minação não estiver dentro de si. O que motiva o seu upline pode não ser a sua motivação. Procure a sua razão, e ela ajudá-lo-á a realizar os seus sonhos. Um sonho em curso No meu primeiro ano como membro da INUKA, tornei-me Líder Safira, com o sonho de um dia me tornar uma Líder Triplo Diamante. Hoje, sou uma Líder Triplo Diamante e já tenho novos sonhos que pretendo realizar com muita determinação e com a ajuda da minha família INUKA, da minha downline e da minha upline, que está sempre presente com ideias e apoio. Estar entre as TOP 5 líderes empresariais em 2024 provou que tudo o que idealizamos pode tornar-se realidade. O meu negócio INUKA teve benefícios visíveis na minha person- alidade e estilo de vida. Agora sei que tenho viagens garantidas uma vez por ano. Tenho uma família que me procura para apoio e me ajuda a crescer constantemente neste negócio. Tenho uma vida financeira que me permite criar novos sonhos. Estou muito grata pelo meu negócio INUKA e pretendo fazê-lo crescer muito mais.
When the INUKA Business was introduced to me in 2018, I had already done some other businesses, but none involved personal growth or lifestyle. I learned from INUKA that a Businesswoman is not just someone who sells products. We also need to grow as a person to empower others. Where do I find my motivation? My motivation comes from my dreams and the immense desire to make my husband proud of the tireless support I have received from him. Many people may think that this is not enough reason. But I believe that my determination can move mountains, and you transform when you are determined to achieve something. No success comes from the comfort zone. This means that determination must always go hand in hand with action and discipline. Create goals for yourself, goals that are real and easy to achieve. Take steps daily towards achieving your goals. Motivational videos will be useless if the same decision or determination is not found within you. What motivates your Upline may not be your motivation. Look for your reason, and it will help you achieve your dreams. A Dream in Progress In my first year as an INUKA Member, I became a Sapphire Leader with a dream of someday becoming a Triple Diamond Leader. To- day, I am a Triple Diamond Leader, and I already have new dreams that I intend to achieve with a lot of determination and help from my INUKA family, downlines and my Upline, who is always present with ideas and support. Being part of the TOP 5 Business Leaders in 2024 proved that everything we idealize can become real. My INUKA Business has had visible benefits on my personality and lifestyle. I now know that I have guaranteed trips once a year. I have a family that seeks support and helps me to grow constantly in this Business. I have a financial life that allows me to create new dreams. I am very grateful for my INUKA Business and intend to grow it much more.
