Em 2020, fui reconhecida como uma das TOP 100 líderes da INUKA e, em 2021, 2023 e 2024, fui reconhecida como uma das 25 maiores líderes empresariais. Esse reconhecimento faz de mim uma líder empresarial feliz na INUKA. Faz-me perceber o quanto cresci na minha ambição e na capacidade de acreditar em mim mesma, independentemente das circunstâncias. Essa satis- fação não tem preço. No nosso país, Moçambique, 2024 foi um ano muito desafiante. Apesar de tudo isso, eu e a minha equipa seguimos em frente com os nossos sonhos e aspirações, e continuamos a acreditar que tudo é possível com trabalho árduo, positividade e perseverança. 2025 chegou e está pronto para as próximas estrelas deste negócio. Para aqueles que sonham com isso, quero dizer: não desistam de sonhar. O seu negócio INUKA é sobre força, coragem, persistência e consistência. Trata-se de saber que, mesmo quando as coisas não estão a correr como deseja, pode recomeçar do zero a cada novo dia — e, com a mentalidade certa, pode mudar o futuro do seu negócio INUKA. A sua mentalidade tornar-se-á a força para continuar a superar as circunstâncias. Outro segredo para o sucesso são as vendas e a sua mentalidade em relação às vendas. Essa será a sua realidade se acreditar que ninguém tem dinheiro para comprar o seu produto na sua rede ou área. Apesar das circun- stâncias económicas desafiantes e da agitação política em Moçambique, fui reconhecida duas vezes em 2024 como um dos Top 5 membros em vendas pessoais. Se mudar a sua mentalidade e acreditar que, independentemente da econo- mia, haverá pessoas que lhe comprarão, tudo mudará para si. Você terá lucro, enquanto outros não. Você transformará a sua vida e a da sua família, enquanto outros não. Como líder, ensine os seus associados a valorizar a qualidade e a conquista de cada resultado. Ensine-os, passo a passo, sobre a consciência e a consistência no que fazem, e deixe Deus agir no seu tempo para o resto. Se a frustração surgir, entenda que nem todos procurarão o sucesso ao mesmo tempo que você. Respeite o tempo dos outros e abrace aqueles que estão no mesmo caminho que você! Desejo a todos os membros da INUKA um excelente ano de trabalho e sucesso. Nos negócios, os desafios são iguais para todos nós. Desafie-se a ultrapassar esses obstáculos. Quero agradecer a Deus, à nossa fundadora Alma Gericke, a toda a equipa da INUKA no escritório, a todos os membros da minha equipa, à Rich Team e aos muitos mentores que tenho.
I am a PROUD INUKA Diamond Leader. In 2020, I was recognized as one of the INUKA Top 100 Business Leaders, and in 2021, 2023, and 2024, I was recognized as a Top 25 Business Leader. This recognition makes me a happy INUKA Business Leader. It makes me realize how much I have grown in my ambition and ability to believe in myself, no matter the circumstances. This satisfaction is priceless. In our country, Mozambique, 2024 was a very challenging year. Despite all this, my Team and I carried forward with our dreams and aspirations and kept believing that anything is possible with hard work, positivity and perseverance.
2025 is here and ready for the next new Stars of this business. For those dreaming of this, I want to say do not give up dreaming.
Your INUKA Business is about strength, courage, persistence and consistency. It is about knowing that even when things are not going your way, you can start from scratch every new day, and with the right mindset, you can change the future of your INUKA Business. Your mindset will become the strength to continue rising through your circumstances. Another secret to success is sales and your mindset about sales. That will be your reality when you believe that no one has the money to buy your product in your network and area. Despite the challenging economic circumstances and the political unrest in Mozambique, I was twice recognized in 2024 as a Top 5 Member in Personal Sales. If you change your mindset and believe that no matter the economy, there will be people who will buy from you, everything will change for you. You will have profits, while others have not. You will transform life for yourself and your family, while others will not. As a Leader, teach your Members to appreciate the quality and achievement of each result. Teach them, step by step, about awareness and consistency in what they do, and let God act in His time for the rest. If frustration comes, understand that not everyone will seek success simultaneously as you. Respect the time of others and embrace those who are on the same path as you! I wish all INUKA Members an excellent year of work and success. In business, challenges are equal for all of us. Challenge yourself to overcome these obstacles. I want to thank God, our Founder Alma Gericke, the entire INUKA Crew at the Office, all the Members of my team, the Rich Team, and the many mentors I have.
