November Events

Quinnipiac Dining will be rolling out a new promotion called Teaching Kitchen. These events are for students, faculty, and staff to get them more involved in the food service community. The kitchens are designed to bring basics of the kitchen into an open setting for participants to learn how to cook for themselves as well as learn more knowledge about the food that we serve. Each event will be based on a different food concept and held at one of the café locations. This months kitchen focuses on two different types of salsas that participants are able to try and prepare with the help of Sous Chef Daniel McCarthy. This kitchen will be held at North Haven Café November 6 th from 3:00pm- 4:00pm
