W e’ve had productive discussions with our SEIU Services and RN groups, focusing on key challenges like scheduling and filling vacancies. Here’s a brief update on staffing across departments compared to November 2024: The PSW department has no full-time vacancies, and part-time vacancies have decreased to 10. Cedar unit staffing has improved, with four PSWs now covering day and evening shifts. In the RPN department, there are no full-time vacancies, and part-time vacancies have been reduced to four. Environmental Services continues to show stability, with no permanent vacancies in Housekeeping or Laundry, though Laundry has one new temporary vacancy. RN staffing remains steady, with no vacancies in full-time or part-time positions. In the Dietary department, there has been a slight increase in part-time and temporary vacancies. Life Enrichment and Administration both maintain full staffing with no vacancies. Remember, our Employee Referral Bonus Program is a great way to help grow our team!
