September 1991 when 27 th Grand Polemarch Robert L. Harris appointed Thomas L. Battles, Jr. (S), William B. Croom (E), Emerson A. Lattimore (SW), Eric S. Morris (EC), Robert W. Scales, Jr. (SC), and Her- man B. Thomas (NE) as Province Polemarchs. These “new” province polemarchs immedi- ately began formal and informal meet- ings to share best

In September 2000, THE SIX was incorporated in the State of Delaware as an investment/philanthropic entity. Thus, becoming THE SIX, INC. The annual corporate meetings are held in October of each year. THE SIX, INC. has provided financial support on an annual basis to every program/initia- tive of Kappa Alpha Psi since 1991 as a group and individually. Since their inception, members of THE SIX, outside their respective provinces, and either individually or collectively, have continued to support Kappa and its affiliates in the following manners: • One member served as the Grand Keeper of Records and Exchequer for 4 years • One member served as National
