He is survived by son, William M. Bristow II; daughter, Delia G. Bristow; a granddaughter, Candice A. Bristow and host of close relatives, friends, neighbors and coworkers.

After 35 years as educator, coach, mentor, and tutor, Michael was lead to retire early in 2015 in order to fulfill a commitment to himself to attend every practice and football game of his young- est son. He was also able to fulfill his desire to do ministry work full time. His impact in the community continued via his community service at Mifflin Middle and Cassady Elementary schools, the Columbus School Board, leadership roles in the Children's ministry, Creative and Ministering Arts ministry, and serv- ing as an ordained minister in multiple capacities at Columbus Christian Center Church. He passed suddenly on April 25 th at the age of 62. Brother Bur- ton is preceded in death by his parents Rafe and Lora Burton; a sister Lora V. Burton; and two brothers Rafe Burton Jr. and Maurice Burton. He will forever be remembered by his wife, Mich; his children Michaun (Burton) Winborn & Corey Winborn, Michelle, Michael and Michiah; his sisters Fostoria Fuller and Alfredia Burton; and his brother John Burton. Norman C. Camp 1933-2018 Educator, Activist, Community Leader D r. Norman C. Camp, III entered the Chapter Invisible Psi®, Dr. Camp was a 1954 initiate of the Shaw University Chapter, the Delta Gamma of Kappa Alpha Psi ® and a member of the Raleigh (NC) Alumni Chapter. He earned a B.S. degree in chemistry from Shaw University, a M.S. degree in inorganic chemistry from Arizona State University, and a M.S. degree in organic chemistry from North Carolina Central University. As the Senior Vice President of Trade Channel Strategy Relations at Onco360 Medical since April 2012 he was well respected for his industry knowledge, professionalism displayed and great spirit shared with his colleagues. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed years of cycling and cherished spending precious time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife Leisanne, adored son Austin Giovanni Bookman (16), family members, a multitude of friends and fraternity brothers. William M. Bristow, Sr. (Alpha Nu 1941) entered the Chapter Invisible on January 25, 2019 at the age of 97. William Matthew Bristow, Sr. was born an only child to Bertha An- drews Bristow and William John Bristow on August 5, 1921, in Fayetteville, NC. Bristow, better known to family and friends as "Bill" or "Billy", received his early education in the public schools of Fayetteville, NC. He attended secondary schools in both Fayetteville, N.C. and Asbury Park, NJ and graduated from Fayetteville’s E. E. Smith Senior High School. After graduating from high school, he entered historic North Carolina A&T College (now University) where he majored in chemistry. Before completing his undergraduate studies, he was drafted into the United States Army to serve his country during World War II (WWII). While serving in the European Theatre, he became Com- munications Chief for the 165 th Chemi- cal Company and was responsible for supervising the installation and mainte- nance of all communications equipment for his Unit. Following WWII, Bristow returned to college and completed his education at Howard University in Washington, DC where he graduated in 1949. Michael Burton 1956–2019 Social Worker, Educator

Michael Burton (Theta 1976) was born November 13, 1956, to Rafe and Lora Burton, in Chicago, Illinois. He was the youngest of seven children. Brother Burton was raised in Chi- cago and received his BS in Education from National College of Education in Evanston, IL, in 1978. He then went on to attend Garrett Evangelical Seminary and completed course work in Christian Theology. Michael married his wife Micah of 37 years, in August of 1981. He worked as a Social Worker for new Navy recruits at Great Lakes Naval Base, and at a Social Service Agency in Chicago before starting his formal teaching career in 1982. Years later he became Dean of Students at the Harvard School in Chi- cago. Michael's strength as a husband, was grounded in his love for God. God was the key that kept his marriage and love for his family stronger than any- one could imagine. In 1989, after a job transfer was accepted by Micah, the growing family of 4, moved to Colum- bus, Ohio, where Michael began his tenure at Columbus School for Girls. He and Micah went on to have two more children and they became a family of 6. Michael touched many lives during his 27 years as middle school Science teacher, basketball/volleyball coach, and middle school athletic coordinator. He wore many other hats while teach- ing at CSG.
