According to race organizers, ladies get a 3-minute head start. The gentlemen are encouraged to play catch-up. Of course, if you just want to run a 5K or a 10K without the added gimmick, you can do that, too. The 10K starts at 9 a.m. and 9:03 a.m., and the 5K starts at 9:15 a.m. and 9:18 a.m. At the end of the race, enjoy live music, food, and drinks.
