• Condo 4 carport wood repair – contracting vendors to gauge possibility of repairing rotting wood structure. • Condo 7 annual termite inspection – coordinating contract renewal and schedule of inspection with vendor and condo rep. • Condo 25 painting of walkways – contractor to provide schedule of work.

• Condo 40 carport repair – engineer

reviewed and measured carport structures. In process of creating repair specification for future bidding process.

• Condo 41 roof re-shingle project –

contractor to determine material availability and communicate project schedule and anticipated start date. • Condo 46 painting project – condo to determine condition of lanais prior to proceeding with painting project. • FPL street lighting – safety committee to provide map of identified dead zones to proceed with FPL. • Condo 25 roof forensic – field inspection of roof completed by engineer.
