keep you interested and “cool.” An evening that won’t be indoors, but will still be “cool” is when we head to the rooftop of the Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center later this month. Check out the details on page 11 and make plans to join us! All this talk about June...and July will be here before you know it! As is Seven Lakes tradition, there will be a golf tournament, golf cart and bike parade, and “cook - in” at the Tee Room. Hello all, June is around
the corner! We've been preparing here in Maintenance for rainy season, cleaning gutters, checking roofs, and doing general cleanup. The Maintenance team
has been working with the Tee Room staff in preparation for the reopening June 1st. This month we will begin our yearly
inspections of the community. That being said, we will be reaching out to the condo reps to setup a schedule. Thank you all again for the opportunity to serve.

Our summer heat and rain
patterns are approaching soon. With that in mind, please remember to keep hydrated and always keep your eye on the sky! Seven Lakes does have a Lightening Detection System in place. When you hear the siren, all players must get off the course and seek shelter until the “all clear” sounds.

Your new merchandise should be arriving in the next few weeks. We are looking forward to the implementation of the new NorthStar software. This will allow us to provide better service and more accurate information from the Pro Shop. Along with NorthStar, we will be upgrading the Chelsea system as well. It will function the same as before with a fresher look. As a reminder, the Pro Shop closes at 2:00 PM through October!
