Meet Michelle Lauschin
Originally from Ohio, we moved to Fort Myers in 2016 after my husband retired.
We would visit my brother each year in Fort Myers and couldn’t wait to relocate to the warm climate with no snow. I took a year off before starting at Seven Lakes as a Recreation Aide in 2017. Prior to Seven Lakes I was employed in the Automotive industry doing Accounting and Human Resources. I have been married to my wonderful husband Michael for 14 years. We married in Negril, Jamaica. We have 4 wonderful sons, 4 grandchildren with one on the way in November, and they all live in Ohio. We have two loving, spoiled dogs Bianca & Bailey, who mean the world to us. We enjoy taking them on walks, strolling on the beach and including them when we travel. In our free time, we enjoy spending time at the pool, going to the beach, traveling, spending time with family and friends.
I’m happy to be here at Seven Lakes as the Front Desk Coordinator in the Lifestyle Department.
I enjoy interacting with all of our residents and working with a great group of co-workers.
