QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING Essential Attributes (or expected to train/qualify to that standard). • Relevant qualification(s) and sector experience across the range of: surveying, property, land, developments, housing; listed buildings, planning. Desirable Attributes • Relevant management qualification (e.g., NVQ 5). • RICS/ CIOB (prof development support will be provided). EXPERIENCE Essential Attributes • A proven track record of improving performance, managing change, and delivering results. • Proven experience of building and motivating teams. • Experience of developing and managing demanding performance standards, leading to successful achievement of organizational objectives and priorities. • Proven experience of achieving results through consent and motivation of a range of complex stakeholders. • Experience of working effectively with Board members or committees. Desirable Attributes • Experience and understanding of corporate governance in the charitable and ecclesiastical sector.
