JOB TITLE: Diocesan Surveyor TEAM: Finance & Asset Management – Property DURATION: Permanent Full Term LINE MANAGER: Director of Finance & Asset Management RESPONSIBLE FOR: • Repairs Coordinator and Site Manager • Procurement and Property Asset Manager
JOB PURPOSE • Coordinate the construction, maintenance administration and management of clergy housing and other property within the Diocese ensuring that the houses are functional and fit for use; maintained and managed to a standard acceptable to stakeholders and in compliance with relevant regulations. • Represent the interests of the DBF and all its other stakeholders and ensure that the property investment of the Diocese continues to deliver optimum value and aligns with the changing priorities and objectives of the Diocese.
