Sliding glass doors will require periodic cleaning of the bottom track to allow the panels to move freely and drain holes will need to remain clear so that rainwater can flow out of the track. Bi-fold doors will need to be adjusted from time to time. Tracks, pivots and guides will need to be kept free of paint and dirt and a little silicone spray may need to be applied to the edge of the tracks to allow the doors to operate smoothly. What is covered by the warranty Within the first year of home ownership, doors that are warped greater than ¼ inch and doors that stick or bind will be corrected. Examples of exclusions Doors that stick or bind will be reset one time only during the first year of home ownership.
