IRRIGATION

What you can expect from your home The irrigation system has been installed per regional requirements, local code, and material manufacturer's instructions and can keep your yard adequately watered. What your home can expect from you Winterize irrigation systems in the fall. Turn off the timer, and drain the water from the pipes. Check for sticking valves, inspect for leaks at connections, check for missing or damaged sprinkler heads and emitters and flush out the irrigation system at least once a year for preventative maintenance. What is covered by the warranty Within the first year of ownership, we will address any workmanship or material deficiencies. Examples of exclusions We will not be responsible for leaks due to Homeowner neglect or failure to winterize the irrigation system.

STRUCTURE

What you can expect from your home Your home will be free from major structural defects in the materials or workmanship of the original construction. What your home can expect from you Special care should be taken when adding extra weight to the structure. We recommend consulting a structural engineer to determine if any additional support is required when altering the load-bearing portions of the home. What is covered by the warranty Within the first ten years of home ownership, we will address structural defects which significantly affect the load-bearing functions of the home or otherwise render it unsafe for residential purposes.
