EXAMPLES OF WHAT VOIDS A WARRANTY
There are circumstances that can cause your Homeowner Limited Warranty to be voided. Voiding the Homeowner Limited Warranty means that your home is no longer covered by an NVR warranty. This is different than the denial of a warranty claim. Examples of what may void your warranty: • You cause a significant change in any mechanical system or the structural system of the home that prevents NVR from meeting its warranty obligations. • Damage caused or made worse by Homeowner negligence, improper maintenance, or improper operation is expressly excluded under this Homeowner Limited Warranty.
