Cette personne agira à titre de représentant(te) en vente et de spécialiste en livraison pour les véhicules neufs et d’occasion. Vous êtes honnête, travaillant et proactif? The Municipality of Casselman is looking for a dynamic collaborator as Administrative Assistant for both urban planning and building services. If you stand out for your energy, your rigorousness and thoroughness and cheerful disposition, this opportunity is perfect for you! Your days will be anything but routine, but if we had to choose four words to describe your role, we would start with: COLLABORATION: You are part of a new team that combines both building and urban planning services for the municipality of Casselman. You will drive the administrative efficiency of these two services. The municipality is in full expansion and collaborative work is essential to maintain good turnaround time. You are the one who welcomes and informs clients about the various regulations relating to municipal planning and building services. You must enjoy interacting with the public. You have a very good knowledge of French and English both orally and in writing. ORGANIZED: You like things tidy and are not afraid to institute systems and policies to keep services running smoothly. You are responsible for managing files for the urban planning and building departments. This is where thoroughness and rigorousness are essential. Microsoft Office Suite has no secrets for you. SPECIALIST: The position will allow you to develop knowledge of the building code by supporting the head of the building department and on land use planning by supporting the urban planner. You will get to know in depth the construction files specific to the municipality of Casselman. Over time, you will be the go-to person on these files. STRATEGIC: Since you will be working for two departments, you will manage deadlines for documents, grants, reports, public hearings, and activities related to planning and building services. Your accounting knowledge is required. REQUIREMENTS: You have in hand a college diploma in secretarial and administrative studies, legal aid or another related field. Experience in the municipal world and/or in urban planning and construction project management will be an asset.
