1996 Leaf Limited was a 90-card set that featured the top players in the NHL. As a hobby only release, production was limited to 27,000 boxes, hence the product name “Leaf Limited.” Limited differed from the other mass-produced wax of the era whereas this product had a stated limited print run. The cards featured a silver foil effect.
