This 133-card set parallels the base set. The cards were serially numbered to 100 and inserted at a rate of 1:30 The Atomic Refractor set has a layer of foil over the card giving it that atomic refactor finish. Pictured here is a Kobe Bryant example, graded BGS 9.5. POP 7 with non-higher.
1998 Finest was a 125 card set with corresponding refractors. According to excellent research done by @cardchannel on Instagram, the print run on the refractors is 584. It is estimated that close to 38,000 hobby boxes were produced. Even rarer is a refractor in a PSA 10. The Shaq refractor presented here exhibits excellent color, no greening and razor sharp corners.
