Learning Outcomes Graduates will: • Master how to improve healthcare services and lead organizational change through effective leadership. • Apply in-demand business management tools to health-related environments to deliver quality and equitable care. • Develop a deep knowledge of the social determinants of health, including issues of health disparity, poverty, structural racism, discrimination, and biases that impact health delivery. • Build expertise in the skills needed for innovative and action-oriented leadership, including organizational management, decision-making, cultural proficiency, and patient empowerment.
