What I did: Mostly recruiting for our production and distribution roles for multiple locations, along with working with our managers to get them integrated into our recruiting software. What I liked: Working at an ESOP company (100% employee-owned company) it really did feel like most people there were working more cohesively/together because most are employee owners. Future Dream Job: Owning my own company and turning it into an ESOP when I am ready to step down.
