What I did: During my internship I was a Member Care Representative. I handled member transactions through our personal teller machines (PTM), member phone calls, and member emails. Along with this I was also tasked with creating a training checklist for new hires and creating an instructional packet about two programs we work with daily. What I liked: I liked the independence of my internship. The independence came from working at my current position for the past four years. There were touch points during my internship for check-ins and updates. Future Dream Job: I am currently not in a position at the moment to know what my dream job is. I am taking my hand at trying new things to find my niche. In what I have found, gaining experience and information has been helpful in my search for my dream job.
