What I did: I operated the box office, prepared will call and corporate tickets, and worked with ticket package holders to make exchanges. I also assisted game day operations with the marketing team as lead music coordinator. What I liked: I liked interacting with fans and building relationships with season ticket holders. I also enjoyed learning more about the sports industry and what it takes to run a stadium. Future Dream Job: I would love to land a role in either ticket sales or partnerships with an NBA team.
