What I did: I operated as Agency 81’s president during my 2022 summer internship. My job consisted of managing a team of marketers to create business marketing plans for various clients. Once these plans were developed, we would execute social media plans to export our market research from the clients to the public. Our goal was to fulfill our client’s needs as well as develop a credible reputation working within the marketing industry in central Wisconsin. A little more about what I did was maintaining constant communication via Zoom, phone, and email to ensure easy transitions from the team to the clients. I made crucial decisions along the way such as hiring processes and payroll approval. What I liked: What I liked the most about this internship was my need to help my agency teammates. Whenever there was a situation, anyone was not sure how to navigate, I would help guide the way and support their work. This created a great environment for everyone. To open the route of communications and comfortability between the team, gave me great pride in my internship. Future Dream Job: My dream job is to some day own my own business and be a consultant for other firms.
