What I did: While at my internship I would shadow and sit in meetings that the advisors would have with clients and learn about different strategies they would take based on the position the person was in. I would also do service work such as updating client portfolios. Also, be in weekly team meetings to talk about performance and get any questions answered by whoever. What I liked: I enjoyed working with the advisors the most as that is what I am most excited about. Learning about all the investments and when to use certain ones and stay away from others. You always have a different strategy for someone because no one is in the same situation.
Future Dream Job: Financial advisor.
