Instructions for: Press-Auto Drawer 38x38
To switch between Farinites and Celcius, press and hold the Tempriture button for 3sec.
1. Setting Up the Press
1. Switch On the Press Turn the power switch on at the back of the machine. 2. Start Button The Start/Play button will appear on the display. Press it to activate the press.
3. °F and °C - To switch between °F and °C, press and hold the Temperature button for 3sec. 4. Set the Temperature o Press the Temperature button.
o The current temperature will display. o Use the + or – buttons to increase or decrease the temperature.
5. Set the Time o
Press the Time button.
o Use the + or – buttons to set the desired pressing time.
o Press the Time button again to confirm.
6. Heating Up The display will show the heating progress now. Wait for the machine to beep — this indicates it has reached the set temperature.
2. Cover the press pad/pillow
1. Pull out the drawer of the press. 2. Cover the press pad with a Teflon sheet to prevent ink transfer. (Teflon sheets are available at JG Electronics and clean easily.)
3. Place your product on top of the Teflon sheet when pressing. Close the drawer by pushing it in.
4. Press Start .
5. The press will close automatically — no need to adjust pressure. 6. The timer starts as soon as the press closes. When time is up, the press releases automatically. 7. Pull out the drawer and carefully remove your Product.
3. Batch Printing (Multiple Products)
Batch printing allows you to press several items at the same settings without pressing Start each time. The press automatically closes and starts the timer when you push in the drawer.
1. Activate Batch Mode Press the button with a circular icon — this is the Batch Button .
2. Pre-Pressing T-Shirts o
Pre-press shirts to remove wrinkles and moisture. o If you don’t want a full press cycle, press Stop after a few seconds. 3. Automatic Start When Batch mode is active, the press closes and begins automatically when you push in the drawer — no need to press Start.
4. Placing the Transfer Secure your print on the product and close the press. It starts pressing automatically. 5. Remember you can press STOP if you want to open the press in the process of pressing; it will then open automatically after you press STOP . 6. Instructions Follow the specific instructions for your specific transfer paper and product. 7. Repeating the Routine Continue pressing additional shirts using the same process.
Note: If you don’t want the press to start automatically when you push in the drawer, keep the Batch button off and follow the first steps in the manual only.
3. Save pressing settings
You can save 6 product press settings on the Press. The press will remember it for next time, and you won't have to set it again.
1. Press “ Mode ” on the press. A small 1 will flash. Set the time and temp as you want the press to remember the settings for the first mode.
2. Press mode again, a small number 2 will flash, set the time and temp for the 2 nd mode. Continue doing this for all 6 modes, or as you desire. 1 2 3 4 5 6 A B
