USEFUL INFORMATION To open a customer account with Terma, please email sales and ask for a set of New Account Forms which contains all the detailed information you need to know about working with us. Send your stock orders to: sales@termagroup.co.uk Send your made to orders to: mto@termagroup.co.uk Please raise purchase orders for stock items quoting either the Bar Codes (EAN Numbers) or the Terma Code/Config as seen on the radiators index in the centre section. Note: All EAN Numbers for accessories and heating elements are shown next to the models themselves and not in the index. For made to order items, please use the form here inside the back of the catalogue, tear it out and scan this in and email it to us. This will ensure you have captured all information we need to put your order in production. Send after sales enquiries to: aftersales@termagroup.couk We have pre defined processes in place to deal with all after sales enquires, replacements etc. Likelihood is we will send you a template of questions we need answers to, to help us resolve or diagnose any issues you might have. For any accounts enquiries please email: invoices@termagroup.co.uk All stock items are dispatched on a 48 hour lead time with our couriers (may be longer for remote areas). Any heavy or fragile item is sent on a specialist carrier service. We can send a daily stock report to customers who require this. UK STOCK MODELS This brochure contains key information (prices, sizes and outputs) about all of the models Terma physically carries in stock in the UK. These can be supplied within approx. 2 days (stock permitting — check with your retailer). All prices shown are Terma’s recommended retail prices — your retailer will confirm prices with you. All prices include delivery to the end user address and exclude VAT. If you have any questions about any of the stock models please ask your retailer. You may also find further information on the ranges shown on www.termaheat.co.uk (note: some ranges are unique to the UK and are not shown on the Terma website; these include: Crystal, Leo, Colorado, Aire, Swale. If you have questions about these models please get in touch with us). MADE TO ORDER (MTO) ITEMS In addition to the stock models, you may also order special order items in any size and colour you wish. Approximate Lead Times for Special Order Items: Powder Paint or Premium Paint Models: 4 to 6 weeks Special Finishes: 7 to 9 weeks. Electric Models: Additional 2 weeks on top of the above lead times. (please note lead times can be extended for a variety of reasons but we endeavour to manufacture in line with these timeframes)
PRICES INSIDE VALID UNTIL 1 st SEPT 2024
All prices inside are valid until 1st Sept 2024 when we reserve the right to review these prices in line with overheads and costs of distribution. Cost Price Increases (CPI) or Cost Price Reductions (CPR) will be confirmed to our regular trading partners at least 30 days prior to 1st September 2024. We also regularly review our stock items to ensure we are holding stock of the most popular lines for customers. Any slow moving lines may be removed from stock at any time and replaced with other models as required.
