Drilling to date has only tested a limited portion of the licence, leaving significant upside potential across largely untested strike.
Kabompo West project, Zambia The Kabompo West project is located within the Western Domes region of north-western Zambia, an established copper-producing area with multiple Tier-1 deposits. The project area covers approximately 680 km² around the Kabompo Dome. “In the Central African Copperbelt, we are effectively positioned in what we see as a new exploration district. Our ground lies on the edge of the Copperbelt, encompassing what we believe are some of the last remaining prospective domes capable of hosting significant copper deposits. Strategically, we believe we have one of the strongest land positions in this dome’s region and are confident this area still has the potential to host several Tier 1 copper deposits.” According to Arc Minerals, Kabompo West shows clear evidence of a large-scale mineralised system extending beyond known discoveries. Extensive exploration has been completed across the project, including work undertaken in collaboration with Anglo American, which confirmed widespread copper mineralisation and identified multiple high-priority targets. The project benefits from an extensive historical dataset, including drill core, geophysical surveys and soil sampling. Results to date point to mineralisation across multiple targets, supporting the potential for a much larger mineralised system. Arc Minerals is currently refining its geological interpretation and prioritising targets ahead of the next phase of exploration. The company entered a joint venture agreement with Anglo American in 2023, before the mining major exited the partnership in October 2025. Since then, the company has been
reviewing the extensive dataset generated by Anglo American alongside the significant body of exploration data it had accumulated over many years. “Since Anglo American departed the project in October, we have been reviewing the vast dataset they generated together with the substantial body of exploration data we accumulated over the years. Our focus is to establish the best path forward.” Given the amount of geochemical and geophysical work already completed, any future exploration campaign would likely move quickly towards drilling. “The key task now is applying a rigorous data-driven approach to rank and prioritise the best drill targets for a potential new campaign in Zambia. We are also evaluating whether specialist artificial intelligence companies could assist us in this process. These are not general-purpose AI providers, but geology-focused technology companies that use AI to analyse exploration datasets. Several such companies have approached us because of the quality and scale of the geological data we hold. In exploration, data is a major asset— having a large, high-quality dataset allows AI tools to generate more meaningful insights and improve target selection. We are therefore assessing potential partnerships with AI specialists to help guide our next drilling programme.” In tandem, the company is exploring strategic options with potential counterparties, including a joint venture or outright sale. “If we don’t receive offers that properly reflect the value of the asset, we are fully prepared to return to drilling ourselves and continue creating value independently. I have a high level of confidence in our ability to do that. However, I also
