Qualification criteria must be met to be accepted for a direct account, details of which are specified under our terms and conditions which can be found on our website or by contacting our Customer Experience Team. I’m a consumer buying for my own use - where can I buy Sensio products? You’ll find Sensio products stocked nationally through a large number of both online and high street retailers, and bathroom showrooms. Do you offer free of charge delivery? We offer free delivery, usually within 2 days (Monday to Friday), to UK Mainland destinations for all orders placed before 2pm. A minimum order value of £150.00 (excluding VAT) applies for all bathroom products with the exception of mirrors and cabinets. A charge of £9.95 for carriage and handling will be added to all orders between £150 and £250 (excluding VAT) for deliveries within the UK Mainland only. Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Eire will incur a separate delivery charge, determined by the destination and weight of the total order.
