 Prepare clean rectangle tray.  Start piling layer from both sides then fill in centre.  Repeat the piling process, reducing in quantity as you ascend.  Finished product in pyramid form.

3.7 Wrapped origin chocolate showcase

➢ Wrapped origin chocolates should be displayed on the top and bottom shelf of the showcase ➢ Chocolates must be displayed on an acrylic tray with a maximum of two types of chocolate per tray depending on the size of the showcase ➢ Displayed chocolates should be in two layers as per category and colour ➢ Light and dark varieties should be alternated ➢ Chocolates must be aligned straight to be visually appealing ➢ Arrangement should be done in a uniform manner (i.e. facing/pointing in the same direction with the chocolate design being highlighted) ➢ All standard gift boxes should be at the back, displaying both closed and open boxes in colour harmony or seasonal boxes ➢ Price tag must be present

➢ Royale Date Chocolates should be displayed on the top layer of the showcase to the left side ➢ The chocolate should be placed on a ceramic plate ➢ Chocolates must be aligned straight to be visually appealing ➢ Arrangement should be done as per VM guidelines ➢ Price tag must be present

3.10 Origin chocolate tray arrangement

⦿ The chocolate display should be presented on a ceramic plate. ⦿ Display chocolates as per category (e.g. praline, ganache, marzipan, wrapped etc.) ⦿ Light and dark variety should be alternated. ⦿ Chocolates must be aligned straight to be visually appealing. ⦿ Arrangement should be done in a uniformed manner (e.g. facing/pointing in the same direction with the chocolate design being highlighted) .
