Throughout our innovation process we work hand in hand with our suppliers and customers; collaboration across the value chain is necessary to test and fine tune our new developments.
Our Product Development Committee creates, prioritises and discusses all projects related to the development of new products and enhancement of our current product portfolio. The committee is formed by C-Level positions to provide guidance, accelerate decision making and unlock growth avenues; a strategic team to provide transversal guidance through market research, industry analysis and macro- economic events; as well as contributions from other members across the business units to provide day-to-day operation details. This enables a unified combination of a high-level expert view with the bottom-up view. The quality and technical team are more product oriented: supporting project specifications, assuring product functionality, unlocking potential bottlenecks that arise from production, and providing a technical and operational point of view.
